Here you're going to need to select all of the financial features your app provides. This will help Google Play to make sure the right teams review your submission. Follow the steps:
- Navigate to the Financial features section of the Developer Console.
- Scroll down and select "My app doesn't provide any financial features" if it
doesn't. Otherwise, select an applicable option.
- Click "Save as draft" and "Next".
- Click "Save" on the Documentation page.

For Publishing: If you are in the process of publishing your app, return to the Console Dashboard and continue the publication process.
