This is a utility that has some practical applications if you’re Jewish or Moslem and wondering what date of the month it is or if you’re Wiccan and wondering what phase of the moon it is. It’s also great if you’re an astronomer and you want to know whether the sky will be too bright for stargazing tonight. It’s also a nice app for showing your kids the phases of the moon each day. Moon Phase Mobile offers a few different options, such as sizing, showing text, and showing the view from the Southern or Northern Hemisphere.
