Leah’s Pick: The Spicy Gadgematics

Friday, December 30th, 2011

Like I’ve said before, I’m a geek. Or a geekette, or something like that. In any case, I love tech, and I love finding out more about tech. When I saw the name ‘The Spicy Gadgematics’ in the AppsGeyser Gallery, I was intrigued.

When I opened up the app, I was really glad I’d downloaded it. The Spicy Gadgematics Android app had some really good info! There was information for Windows users, Android users, Facebook users, anyone who values their home or mobile devices and want to get the best of their device.

Now that I’ve started reading The Spicy Gadgematics, I’m sure I’ll know how to do even more cool stuff! If you like tech, be sure to download The Spicy Gadgematics so you have great tech information coming at you whenever you want it.

Leah’s Pick: Wedding Rings

Friday, December 16th, 2011

Let’s face it. I’m a geek. Today, my husband bought me a great present – a new 24″ monitor. It might not seem so romantic, but I’m in front of the computer all day, and I frequently have to have a web page open for reference while I’m working on a document. Now, instead of having to switch back and forth between the two windows, I can have each one open on a separate screen. Awesome!

Let’s face it, though. Under the geek, there’s a woman who likes all the fancy things – and I don’t just mean raindrops on roses. I like jewelry. I like fancy jewelry. For our wedding, my husband bought me the simplest ring there was. It’s just a round yellow band – no design, no oomph. Our sixth anniversary is coming up soon, and I was really hoping to replace it with a fancier wedding ring. As always, I decided to check through the AppsGeyser apps to see what they can offer me, and I found this great Wedding Ring app.

First I went to the most popular ones.

Then I went to the ones with diamonds.

Now comes the hard part: convincing my husband to buy me one. Don’t worry, though. Even if he doesn’t, I’ll get a lot more use out of my new computer screen than I would out of a pretty ring.
