1: Google Play
Google Play, previously called Android Market, is the most popular Android app store. What helps makes Google Play so successful is that all Android Smartphones come with the Google Play already installed and therefore it is easily accessible for Android users. With a shorter review process than Amazon and a large user base, the SlideMe Android app store is hugely popular. The competition on Slide Me is not as fierce as on Google Play. Unlike some of the other app stores, you can offer your app for free or at a price.

The GetJar platform only allows app that are free, the advantage of this is that this store is known for having apps that were previously paid for and everyone likes a bargain. The downside to this Android app store is that the submission of apps is a long process.
