AppsGeyser was proud to sponsor the MoDevAustin conference, which held its grand opening kickoff party at SXSWi on Monday, March 11th.
Being a free app making tool platform, it was only appropriate for us to be sponsoring such an event. MoDevAustin is for anyone interested in developing and publishing mobile apps and websites. This event is not just a Meetup group, but a global community of individuals and companies seeking to stay at the forefront of mobile.
Meetups at MoDev events feature real-world case studies from people actually working and succeeding within the mobile industry. The events are planned to feature new apps and platforms at every meeting to encourage an open-source platform for mobile industry companies and individuals to share best practices and learn from each others’ successes.

Mobiles are all around you and apps are being created literally every minute. Most apps are made by companies that charge you a small mortgage for the most simple of apps, while others apps are created by people like you and me that want to put their stamp on the mobile world but have little to no technical knowledge. This is where app making tools providers, such as AppsGeyser, come in.
What is AppsGeyser?

What does AppsGeyser provide that other app making tool providers don’t?
1: Immediate access – AppsGeyser allows the user, to not only create an Android app, but it allows the app maker to view the app immediately to see how and where changes need to be made before submission to any app market or app review process.
2: App Improvement – AppsGeyser also allows the user to update their app and personalize their app without any restrictions. All updates are effective immediately and an updated APK is immediately available to submit to app markets.
3: App markets – Unlike other app tool providers, AppsGeyser allows the app maker to submit their app to numerous Android app stores without restrictions or a timelapse. Many other app tool providers require apps to be sent to them for review which can take up to SIX weeks only for your app to be refused stating GooglePlay standard has not been met. Your app can then be upgraded by them for a fee. GooglePlay does not have a review process and all apps are accepted, although we agree that if the quality if not high the app will not be successful.
4: Customer service – AppsGeyser prides itself on helping app makers with the app making process. AppsGeyser offers personal advice and answers technical questions via email, through our social network and Get Satisfaction customer service page. In addition to the customer service, the AppsGeyser blog has been set up as an ongoing tutorial to ensure app makers.
